I am able to frame up a challenge or opportunity at a high level; I also recognize the importance of grasping the details that go into discovering and implementing a solution. And I’m a builder at heart. I thrive when I’m called to use my creativity to build solutions for an existing - or future - problem. I also love building relationships, teams, and organizations.
