The SAAACAM chief administrative officer (CAO) manages andoversees the financial, administrative, and marketing of SAAACAM.The chief administrative officer hires employees, overseesbudgetary issues, analyzes industry trends and performance reports,devises new ways to improve profitability, and researches theconsumer base and competitive markets.

Leads a department of 13 full-time staff and 90 AmeriCorps members in addressing educational inequities through a social justice lens in nine San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) schools. Coordinates and manages a district youth development program, working closely with school staff, health & human services agencies, community businesses and organizations, parents/families, and students to assure coordination of the community’s resources for the benefit of the students and their families served by the school district.

Responsible for directing and evaluating The Young Adult Life Enhancement Program (Y.A.L.E) as well as providing leadership for program staff and participants. Coordinated and built relationships with sub-contractors, local businesses, school districts, colleges, juvenile justice systems, court service units and social services in an effort to assist in the societal and community reentry of court-involved youth.
