Responsible for managing team to conceive, build and implement strategic sales, inventory and distribution plans for the brand’s two largest representing $400M and 25% of the brand’s volume. Manage cross-functional alignment between Inventory Management, Merchandising and Production. Manage OTB process for the Division and deliver the brand forecast to Finance. Manage planning of special concepts for high volume stores Train, develop and inspire staff, focusing on skill set improvement and development of a proactive mindset..● Relocated by company when previous position was eliminated.● Increased percent of inventory sold at regular price by 300 basis points while increasing markdown GM% by 200 basis points.● Brand lead on implementation of new data mining software.● Served as a lead for the implementation of the new Strategic Inventory Initiative with emphasis on receipt management as well pre- & in-season reporting.● Conceived, developed and implemented a new quarterly hindsight process.● Enabled more achievable gross margin and style level sales plans by researching and implementing a change to AUR planning.● Successfully managed nine trainees in the Retail Management Program as well as two interns.
