CurrentAs Chemical Agent Manager, was responsible for ensuring Chemical Surety program compliance with all U.S. Army regulations and associated safety regulations. Oversaw the day to day operation of the CA program at MRIGlobal. Served as main contact with U.S. Army regulatory agencies. Guided the Chemical Surety program through several regulatory inspections with highly favorable results. Provided oversight of safety, medical, emergency response and physical security aspects of program operation. Led and participated in Chemical Accident/Incident Response and Assistance (CAIRA) quarterly drills as HAZWOPER-trained Incident Commander.As Administration Official (AO), oversaw the personnel aspects of the Chemical Surety program. Assisted the U.S. Army Certifying Official (CO) in determining the suitability of candidate personnel for entrance into and continuation in the Chemical Personnel Reliability Program (CPRP). Communicated potentially disqualifying information to the CO and in conjunction with MRI’s Competent Medical Authority (CMA), ruled on the medical status of personnel in the CPRP.As Chemical Agent Custodian, was responsible for the accountability of the Chemical Agent inventory. This involved performing physical inventories, providing monthly and semi-annual usage reports, requesting use authorization, requesting shipment of new agent stocks, and coordinating shipments with clients and ECBC. Devised and implemented new, more efficient accountability system. Served as Safety Officer during week-long field test of PHILIS mobile lab in 2005. Was responsible for 20 personnel.
