• Served as the Executive Director of the Richardson YMCA and transformed operations from an annual net loss of $130K to a yearly surplus of $35K in three years. Managed a $1.3M budget and led a team of three FTE and 150.
• Grew program participation by over 400% and expanded youth sports to over 6,000 participants.
• Established a Board of Management team with 22 volunteers across four committees.
• Organized and coordinated the Richardson Y 50th Anniversary celebration, involving all previous executives, more than 100 supporters, and former staff members.
• Cultivated strong partnerships with the community and raised Annual Campaign donations from $80K to $112K.
• Served as a member of the Dallas YMCA Turkey Trot planning committee.

• Served as the Executive Director of the Kaufman County YMCA, with direct responsibility for managing daily operations, marketing, member relations, facilities, community outreach, and budgetary oversight of a $600K.
• Managed day-to-day responsibilities of a team of 30 staff.
• Developed a three-year strategic plan to expand the reach and secured a $50,000 donation for branch development.
