Responsible for management of all Customer Service and Client Services operations including the company monitoring facility (Central Station) and all customer service relations.

Responsible for selling a diverse product portfolio in a four state territory. Worked with little supervision. Experience with multiple business models: e-commerce, wholesale distribution, direct retail, small business. Products represented included housewares, appliances, hardware, and consumer electronics. Worked with customer accounts and respective factories to develop sales strategies, planogram merchandising solutions, rebate offers, website support, product forecasting, inventory management and customer service training solutions. Responsible for entire sales cycle; prospecting new business, cold-calling, introductory meetings and product presentations, sales negotiations, product demonstrations, training and account support. Able to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Responsible for all previous duties plus managing store operations and staff including; hiring, firing, training and advising employees toward future growth. Store operations included inventory control, scheduling, payroll validation, merchandising and product training. Responsible for customer service quality.

Littleton, Co

Responsible for camera equipment and accessory sales to customers and in-store photo lab operations. Focused on improving systems to reduce waste and managed supply inventories resulting in significant savings. Provided leadership and encouraged staff to build quality customer relations to increase sales and store volume. Carried out store opening/closing procedures. Managed in-store quarterly inventories. Worked independently; often carried out management level responsibilities including scheduling, payroll validation, training, shipping/receiving.
