Identified Sputtered metallurgy issue on DRAMs and presented results to the component suppliers for root cause correction by annealing the Silicon Dioxide process to reduce the sharp edges on the contact windows. Developed Polysilicon cutting process using a Xenon Laser for defect isloation on the chip surface. Assisted in Voltage Contrast fault isolation process by programming and interfacing Colt Memory Tester to a Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope for nondestructive fault isolation.
