• Defined and implemented the new role/program of Project Executive within the IBM Software Group brand which aided IBM’s top 50 customers, emphasizing business value of the software deployment• Project Executive within IBM Software Group for key customers, which included Aetna, Travelers, Cigna, and Harley Davidson, supporting a proactive influence on planning, deployment, upgrades, and migrations.• Single focal point for customers for communications regarding perceived IBM product value, new project scoping, and lack of progress/significant problems with product implementations. • Oversaw and assisted customers with tracking and management of program activities including change management, cost control, issue identification and resolution• Drove activities within IBM Development to meet customer requirements and improve satisfaction• Engaged other vendor resources as needed to build “One Team, Customer Satisfaction, and Business Value”• Operated, presented, and influenced at customers’ Executive level including status updates and new product roadmaps
