• Worked with the capital projects group and Minor Team Leads as a Co-op to understand capital project processes. • Review and certify Review and Certify Basic Data Requirements for project were met (MPR Form, Quotes, Specification, Drawings, etc.)• Cost vs Capital Decision Tree Determinations.• Build estimates and reviewed them with MTL’s.• Created opportunities, forecasted budgets and routed AFE’s in Ecosys.• Build variances for equipment above $50,000 and submit ePPP.• Work with project originators for technical acceptance of projects.• Work with procurement team (Susan Jones) for commercial acceptance of equipment, to generate purchase orders and to purchase equipment.• Generate purchase requisitions and send to procurement team.
