Application Lifecycle Management Tool IntegrationLead the evaluation, purchase and implementation of software lifecycle integration tool. Championed the solution among senior leadership and facilitated discussions with vendor. Identified requirements for defect syncing (and other future artifacts) and evaluated several options. Managed the internal procurement process (legal, architectural, procurement, vendor approvals) and implementation.

Automation ArchitectLead a scalable offshore team of Automation Engineers, responsible for automating the testing of 40+ software products. Evaluate requests by assessing project scope, resource requirements and ultimately identifying which requests are suitable candidates for automation. Determine ROI and propose solutions to the business to acquire funding. Work closely with test and development teams, management and project management to ensure automation obligations are achieved. Tool Administration & Integration - HP Quality Center ExpertResponsible for implementation in a Windows Server environment, migration of users, upgrades, administration and best practices for a user community of 1,000+. Developed governance for users across seven organizations. Championed the component-based Business Process Test methodology for QC and lead the initial rollout. - HP Performance Center AdministratorTook over administration, stabilized the platform, established best practices and governance, and performed a major upgrade. - Tool Selection and ConsolidationConsolidated test management and automation tool sets across five independent organizations to reduce cost and support the mission of our Testing, Automation and SOA Centers of Excellence. Compared tool options, proposed a solution, developed and implemented the plan. Developed an evaluation matrix to guide the tool selection process in future efforts.
