Championed the component-based Business Process Test methodology for QC and lead the initial rollout. - HP Performance Center AdministratorTook over administration, stabilized the platform, established best practices and governance, and performed a major upgrade. - Tool Selection and ConsolidationConsolidated test management and automation tool sets across five independent organizations to reduce cost and support the mission of our Testing, Automation and SOA Centers of Excellence. Compared tool options, proposed a solution, developed and implemented the plan. Developed an evaluation matrix to guide the tool selection process in future efforts.
