1.REIS offers Real Estate Education At our REIS meetings, we provide knowledgeable guest speakers who cover a wide variety of topics! Updates in the Commercial Real Estate development, Finance, Taxation, Environmental hazards, and legal obstacles as examples.2. REIS is a Referral Service. Our Business Members must be approved for membership. There is a code of ethics requiring our members to consistently deliver ethical professional services. 3. REIS is a Resource. Members have the opportunity to ask questions of other Business Members regarding specific issues which arise in transactions and get advice from others with experience. 4. REIS offers Opportunities. Often members bring deals to the group for participation or simply to refer them to others who are interested. REIS also includes Realtors, Attorney's and Finance brokers who specialize in investment and/or commercial real estate. 5. REIS is a Networking Organization.
