Enterprise Transformation Business Specialist
Current• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic Salesforce solutions.• Lead Salesforce projects, enhancements, and issue resolution by coordinating with stakeholders and engineering to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, oversee testing, and ensure timely communication throughout the release process.• Support an internal and remote field of Sales and Support Users with questions and issues managing Salesforce processes.• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of dashboards and reports to support business operations and data driven decision-making.• Demonstrate strong data stewardship by maintaining accurate and up-to-date user, customer, and company records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
