Our proven approach to talent acquisition, assessment and development enables us to help our clients build high-performance teams.For the last 12 years I have been responsible for developing recruiting strategies targeting both candidates and companies for marketing and recruiting in the fields of Accounting & Finance, Banking, Life Sciences, Legal, Manufacturing, Chemical Technologies, Heavy Equipment, Sales & Marketing, Construction & Engineering and anything else that comes my way.My day to day tasks include collaborating with Account Executives and Senior Management to develop a targeted strategy to identify the targeted candidates and companies based on specific qualifications for the job order or for the targeted marketing campaign. Sourcing ideal candidates into a comprehensive recruiting or marketing plan to allow the Account Executive to work the plan. Completing marketing tasks such as job postings to multiple sites, email campaigns, and LinkedIn branding.Other responsibilities include new hire training on all technology associated with the company including database management and all technology The Richmond Group has access to. Responsible for most IT work including all hardware and software associated with the company. Responsible for training all new research analysts hired by the company.
