Development included management reports to help view direct report's activities and performance. The management reporting required the consolidation of the individual user's databases into a central SQL Server instance on a nightly basis. This consolidation process allows for disconnected updates made during the day by the sales force. ASP.Net web services were also utilized to facilitate the transfer of call activity between user's local databases when territory alignments changed.Support of an IIS and SQL Server 2005 Servers. This support includes performance monitoring and configuration, query tuning, SSIS package development, database design, and management. The focus has been on creating stored procedures and views that empower the intra-office community to better manage and present the information to their users. Reporting technologies included: Windows Forms and ASP.net applications, LogiXML, Crystal Reports, Reporting services, and Access databases. Enhancements and support to the Pay for Performance Goal setting application. This application was built on windows forms written in Visual Studio 2003 C# and communicated with SQL Server 2000. The goals are processed monthly by applying various algorithms to the statistical information and applying defined goal growths. The sales management is then able to make modifications to their team's goals while maintaining their overall goal numbers. These goals can then be viewed and approved by the sales force. Research and recommendations were made on new technologies and solutions that could be used to improve daily systems processing and customer's day to day operations. -
