I was a legal secretary for 2 shareholders, 2 associates and a CPA. I made sure they had at least 5 hours of time released for every work day, managed their calendars, scheduled appointments with clients, made travel arrangements for work travel, and was in charge of sending clients monthly invoices.I was the Recruiting Coordinator for the Chattanooga.

I was responsible for ringing up customers and completing sales. I also was in charge of changing store displays and keeping up with inventory. I was a key holder for two stores and opened and closed both store locations. I assisted with the training of new employees when they were hired.

I assisted customers who needed help troubleshooting their phones, understanding their bills, activating new phones and walked them through setting up their phones.
