Maintains Castlebranch database of all students health records (e.g. Malpractice insurance, Vaccinations, Basic Life Support certifications, etc.) Conducts thorough background investigation, research and primary source verification of all students in clinical. I am the HR for students and faculty going to clinical sites and ensure a smooth transition into each clinical and internship experience.Provide training and support in the use of clinical health records software and procedures as well as for clinical portfolio software to Faculty, Staff, and Students.

My role as a graphic design manager was to spearhead marketing plans for the Alumni Association along with designing various recruitment marketing pieces for the college itself. Nine years of in-house design in the communication office gave me a career with several individual and team awards in web design, graphic design and photography. With those years working at FSC I gained valuable insight in marketing for a college. I was a part of a great team of individuals who raised our retention rates with existing students by advertising the benefits of being a FSC student, branding several initiatives like “Students First,” “Green Then. Green Now,” and our 100 year anniversary.I assisted with a launch of a new website design by standing on the website committee along with taking a primary role in adding and revising copy, along with uploading images. I was involved in generating plans for our social media presence then assisting the social media manager with implementation.For photography, I organize and implement photo sessions for advertising images, maintain photo backups with cataloging/ tagging images, maintain photography on the college’s website and maintain all photographic equipment.
