Experienced Personal Business Manager in the christian music industry. At the label I work with C-Level executives and music artists. I provide comprehensive support to the President to enhance productivity, streamline office operations, and contribute to the successful execution of Bethel Music's strategic endeavors. I liaise for board-related activities, facilitate executive team meetings and oversee team members. Assist in business development projects, strategy and ideation; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the execution of key initiatives. Outside the label, I manage music artists real estate holdings, investment holdings, hands on personal + business financial management, bookkeeping and payroll services, contract review, tax preparation, as well as management of LLC's, S-Corps, and 501 (c)(3) nonprofits. I often work along side their financial planners, lawyers and tax accountants to follow through on directives or legal matters as needed.Previous background as an Online Marketing Consultant, with a focus on SEO and keyword research, executive assistant, children's ministry assistant and co-youth pastor.
