In my role as Director of Human Resources, I am responsible to plan, direct and carry out all policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. I oversee all areas of compensation including policy, conducting wage surveys to insure we are competitive in the marketplace and processing payroll. In conjuction with payroll, I am responsible for benefits administration which includes negotiations and recommending changes to existing plans, all aspects of open enrollment and assisting all employees through the resolution process for any benefits issues that arise. I participate in the onboarding process for all employees and contractors including interviews, training and development.A major function of my role is maintaining employee relations. This includes a wide variety tasks such as scheduling and coordinating quarterly town hall meetings, 401k education webinars, newletters, and participating in the coordination of company events.

My position as System Support Specialist for MIPRO was a combination of system security, maintenance and administration. I coordinated the updates and testing of our various systems and provided issue resolution that resulted during the update process. In this role I was also responsible for writing reports for all of our systems as requested by the managing partners and directors. In addition, I acted as the support liaison between our user community and the technical support departments of various organizations.I participated in the onboarding of new employees including assigning acces to systems insuring that the proper permissions were granted and security controls maintained, assigning computers with the necessary hardware and software specifications for the user, and coordinating and assisting in training on the systems. This role allowed me the opportunity to reguarly interact across functional areas to ensure that company objectives were met.

My role as Account Manager involved both sides of the staffing dynamic, candidates and clients. I recruited and interviewed qualified allied health professionals for short-term, long-term and permanent placement assignments in a variety of settings. I also mainted existing client relationships and was responsible for building a new customer base as well. As an Account Manager I matched the skill set, interests and preferences of the candidate with the requirements of the client to place the best individual.
