Director, Human Resources
CurrentIn my role as Director of Human Resources, I am responsible to plan, direct and carry out all policies relating to all phases of personnel activity. I oversee all areas of compensation including policy, conducting wage surveys to insure we are competitive in the marketplace and processing payroll. In conjuction with payroll, I am responsible for benefits administration which includes negotiations and recommending changes to existing plans, all aspects of open enrollment and assisting all employees through the resolution process for any benefits issues that arise. I participate in the onboarding process for all employees and contractors including interviews, training and development.A major function of my role is maintaining employee relations. This includes a wide variety tasks such as scheduling and coordinating quarterly town hall meetings, 401k education webinars, newletters, and participating in the coordination of company events.
