- Support the General Manager in analyzing the Costume Workshop’s overall performance, as well as producing and presenting executive reports- Help management define, implement and track the data required to ensure optimal resource usage and prompt decision-making-Define and implement performance indicators to optimize the Workshop’s operations and quantify its growth- Manage the Workshop’s budgetary process, as well as provide strong leadership in identifying and implementing the analyses required by every management team to ensure budgets and financial forecasts are monitored thoroughly- Play a leading role in any Costume Workshop case involving a financial analysis or a feasibility study- Take part in forecasting volumes and identifying issues and their solutions, and help implement governance principles pertaining to the shows’ costume operations (e.g., inventory management, optimization).

- ERP administration and development of custom software solutions with third party developers (NetSuite Oracle)- Analyse and report on cross-departmental business processes and existing business operations - Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, gathering data and developing solutions and strategies that meet business needs- Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer needs- Assist with business development and develop strategies by which to meet operational objectives

- Create and maintain product supply models and incorporate demand forecast information gathered from sales- Forecast across multiple brand portfolios while managing forecast activities for competitive wholesales and exchanges - Ensures that supply chain activities are coordinated based on customer/market demand.- Participate as the main point of contact in regular business/performance meetings with third party warehouses- Challenge Operations to maintain targeted inventory levels based on planned demand as well as challenge the Sales team to achieve forecasts and targets- Be a driver of technology advancements with a continuous improvement mindset- Identify and elevate supply abnormalities with clear direction on how to improve- Perform monthly and weekly supply chain activity reporting as it relates to customer demand, inventory and supply forecast- Provide timely and accurate reports to support operations, third party warehouses, sales & marketing and supply chain activities

- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods of collection- Build statistical models incorporating business actions and macroeconomic impacts to explain and forecast time-series data- Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses and presentations to different levels of audience, including senior executives- Recommend and implement data modelling techniques for forecasting and insight for the business, including A/B or multivariate testing- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices

- Coordinates the Canadian purchasing process in Canada to ensure on-time deliverables to the U.S. Planning team and the Canadian market, while striving to have better business understanding and increased efficiencies.- Executes Canadian purchasing to meet Sales and Operating goals in Canada.- Coordinates supply visibility to Customer Service, Sales and Sr. Management.- Executes purchasing and inventory risk within buy plans and purchasing cycles.- Recommends resolutions to resolve supply issues with U.S. Planning and Sales to maximize on-time delivery.- Executes the Canadian category merchandise buys each season to the SKU level (by unit style, color, and size) to achieve forecast and inventory objectives.- Executes the tracking and adjustments in response to a variety of supply and demand inputs. Analyzes Canadian buys against production requirements to achieve maximum sales with minimal inventory exposure (i.e., dropped styles, minimum buy management and factory PO shifts).- Works with Sourcing to manage delivery issues. Tracks product status, analyzes current forecasts of seasonal demand, draws conclusions and communicates relevant issues to the organization (i.e., delays, constraints and order matching problems.- Provides category inventory reporting to VF Outdoor Brands (i.e., rolling inventory, overstocked and oversold as requested). Executes decisions that have been made on product flow to support inventory management objectives and to satisfy customers.- Manages excess inventory. Redesigns and improves all data inputs used in inventory roll and excess inventory analysis

- Develop and recommend quarterly budget dollar plans- Manage "in season" performance/profitability, develop appropriate set of actions/tactics and re-forecast on a weekly/monthly basis - Maximize sales, profit, and stock turn by providing optimal sales & purchase and inventory plans to the buying department in order to take better merchandise decisions- Analyze sales trend by commodity, color, and size and compare sales performance versus plan- Prepare a post mortem at the end of each season and perform Ad hoc analysis - Prepare assortment plans and buy quantification recommendations by departments of the various product attributes
