The Education division at Arts Commons engages over 10,000 students, teachers, parents and artists annually. As Education Associate, I was the program manager of educational programming in Canada's 3rd largest performing arts centre. I led and managed a portfolio of 5 programs serving Calgary's education sector. Within this exciting portfolio I ensured our 30+ projects throughout the year were delivered on time, on scope and on budget. This fast-paced advancing of multiple projects required impeccable project management skills, and the ability to juggle the needs of a variety of stakeholders and manage change.Through my work at Arts Commons Education, I championed stakeholder relationships within the school boards, government, civic partners, a roster of over 30 teaching artists, youth and families. One of my recent accomplishments was developing CRM solutions within our ticketing software, Tessitura, to manage data and relationships regarding our current audiences served through the Education department. Through this work my department's CRM grew to over 1500 clients within 2 years. When I started with Evergreen, they had seen a decline in the inquiries and bookings of their educational programming. My role was to implement new processes and procedures around client relationship management to revitalize this program. When the project concluded, the revenue for this program grew by 400%.Succession planning was an objective throughout the project. With only a small core staff, and a dependency on contractors to support specific programs, key client information was interspersed among individuals. My consultation migrated and centralized 10 years of data to Salesforce. I standardized data management procedures, trained staff, and developed resources to ensure these practices would be used on an ongoing basis.

Managing over 30 community engagement and culture projects with Soulocentric (currently operating as Bach Tots: Performing Arts for Babies, Toddlers and Young Children), I led each through a full project lifecycle. Most notable, in the last eight years, I implemented a new portfolio for the organization with the goal and objective to expand programming into new niches including programming for the "early years" which includes babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and their caregivers (Bach Tots). This resulted in an increase of clientele from 200 to over 2500 in the past 8 years, and increased our touring bookings worldwide, including to Manama, Bahrain for the Spring of Culture Festival.Central to my time with Soulocentric, I oversaw governance, policy development and strategic planning for the organization, reporting to the board of directors. I managed all Human Resources liaising with multiple contractors, and procured services for projects.Soulocentric is a highlight of my career as it is an entrepreneurial endeavor.
