Land Manager
CurrentI lead a team responsible for the management and protection of real property investments in Oregon and Washington. My team develops organizational strategies for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, permits, and company agreements. We review, negotiate, and coordinate with outside legal counsel on contracts, real property transactions, and regulatory compliance. I work together with our senior leadership and operations to identify, develop, and implement growth strategies in acquisitions, dispositions, capital improvements, and other investment activities. I also monitor and seek to influence developments in environmental and land use regulations that impact business activities or which may further restrict the optionality of land investments.
