There are those in the world that will not rest until some heinous act has been committed, in the workplace, in homes, or public events, often without regard to whose life is affected. Measured steps must be taken to combat these occurrances. I have over 20 years of Security Operations, Community Policing and Information Assurance Management experience assisting military unit and major civilian defense organizations to assess, design, implement and test their operational resiliency programs. My capabilities include organizational resilience and business continuity, COOP, emergency response, risk management, incident management and crisis management. A significant portion of my Securiy Operations Management and Information Security experience was gained within the stringent operational resilience environment of various military operations during wartime and training campaigns, as well as through leading training operations to enhance the awareness of a prominent security organization.My Security Operations Management experience has been enhanced by continuing to educate myself of the use of industry best practices to integrate business continuity as the gateway to enhance an organization’s ability to run as a business by helping to identify risks and prepare for change, prioritize work efforts, identify issues, and pinpoint key areas that underpin the overarching business continuity processes.
