I am currently a Project Manager at Seisan. We are a software consulting company with a strong focus on the development of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Gaming, and other interactive platforms. In collaboration with the CEO, tech lead, and developers, I manage the day-to-day to ensure projects stay on task and under budget while communicating status updates to clients on a daily basis.During my tenure at Nxtbook Media I played a valuable role in the start-up and growth of the Design Services team, managed the production team, and lead the charge to create new processes, procedures, and efficiencies for the nxtbook and PageRaft software platforms. I also served as the development team lead and project manager where I managed the developers and focused on the software and product roadmap to advance updates and new features in the SaaS offering. Prior to the development role, I was Chief Customer Officer, where I created the Partner Advocate team to better support Nxtbook partners on a daily basis, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the software. In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I was responsible for monthly 1-on-1 coaching, process evaluation and implementation, quoting/pricing, vendor management and project management.I was Production Director for Reprint Management Services/The YGS Group from 2004-2008. During my tenure at RMS/The YGS Group, I teamed with a co-worker to create an in-house production services team that continued to flourish after my departure. In addition to being the Production Director, I also served as a designer for reprints and handled vendor management.Prior to my time at Reprint Management Services and Nxtbook Media, I worked for Journal Register Company from 1999-2004. During my tenure at Journal Register Company, I saw the newspaper transition from paste-up design to digital design. My design layout skills assisted in a seamless transition. My roles at Journal Register Company consisted of Graphic Designer, Desktop Publisher, Production Manager, and Senior Production Manager.
