-Created Sprint Test Suites with Test Tasks & Test Cases based off of the business requirements for the items in the iteration. Also worked closely with Devs and Scrum Master to assure accuracy of the test by validating the acceptance criteria. -Assured Quality of our products (Uhaul.com) with accurate Test Plans, Weekly Regression’s/Sanity Checks. Also did extensive Adhoc testing to catch unknown bugs and bugs out of scope of the original test parameters. -Volunteered to spearhead the Automation of our weekly Regression/Sanity Checks with C# and Selenium Web Driver in Visual Studio. This was done when I had “free time” when my original QA responsibilities/work load have been met and completed. I did this to bring greater efficiency to our team and further my skills for the future. -Gave feedback to Leadership on how we can improve and streamline our processes and make them less convoluted. Also gave feedback on how to improve our sprint cycle as a whole. -Assisted and trained a multiple Employee’s to bring them up to speed and assure their success with Test Formatting, QA Procedures, System knowledge, etc. I also was an easy-going guide that would help them and answer any questions they may have. -I Assured Iteration success by taking and completing other team members tasks and tests. -Dealt with last minute wedge in’s and night testing accordingly to assure we put out the greatest product we can. -Tested Desktop Applications & Browsers, Mobile Applications & Browsers, Web sites and Webpages, Point of Sale System’s, Inhouse applications. -Created Test Tasks and Test steps from the Dev Tasks. This was a very faced paced and volatile wild west environment. Which often led to outdated acceptance criteria because it was changed by leadership daily. This was remedied for the most part through constant communication with the dev team on changes. -The Testing here was pretty straight forward since it was online casino games for Desktop Browser (Facebook) and Mobile (App). Things I would check for are Game UI, Graphical issues, Latency issues, Math issues, Game Logic, Purchasing process of in app purchases. Accuracy of Toggles and Weekly Events that would be put on for our players. -I Assured Quality of 5 different Online Casino’s each with 100+ games, I also tested the Company’s Website. I was promoted to Lead of the Scratcher Casino Project and UK Casino Project, As Lead I created Test Checklists on my projects to bring some stability to our testing process and make sure all major areas were thoroughly checked, given the high paced nature of this industry. These two were my projects and I was solely responsible for their quality, until we hired more then I trained the new coworkers to assist in the testing. -Speed was what was most desired here, dev’s would often push to production without it being checked by QA, which would lead to Reactive testing on live. I gave feedback on how we could improve our processes to have more successful pushes.

Waterfall Methodology. -Tested and Mastered 5 different projects and was regarded as a super star for my testing abilities and knowledge of the projects. -Quickly became the lead over a couple projects and handled all testing for them. -Trained new hires and gave them all the knowledge I had so they can succeed too. -Researched IR’s from the field to see if we could reproduce them, if I was able to, I would then create a bug and send it off. -Tested Multiple Websites on Desktop and Mobile and Point of Sale Systems, along with our in-house applications.
