• Leads all Real Estate activities stemming from Corporate Real Estate Strategy including, but not limited to, updating and implementing corporate space policies and guidelines. Developing, planning for and executing business area moves, developing Microsoft project and custom end-user reports.• Lead, coach, develop and manage performance of team to provide concierge customer service to internal and external customers.• Develop all strategic space demands and present to senior business leads for approval. Supply design plans through the effective utilization of available technology. Make recommendations to the Real Estate Director on initiatives, which improve the utilization of the corporate space portfolio. • Prepare customized vacancy reports including space availability, seat type, and associate counts, the information are used by multiple business area. • Develop stakeholder strategy for obtaining buy-in and communicating with executive and senior leaders.• Design and provide oversight to internal and external teams on all large renovation projects. • Assist Finance in developing, establishing and managing construction capital budgets associated with projects. Obtain budget approval and complete the tracking of all associated project expenses.• Manage and provide direction to Project Managers on all project details and tasks including: risk mitigation, corporate communication, and business requirements.• Serve as the Owner Representative to manage architectural, engineering and construction services related to Real Estate Projects.• Interaction with building owners representatives in lease space validation, design, work notification and in the scheduling of the work completion.• Direct actions related to AutoCAD (Computer Aided Design) and database applications (Micromain) CAFM to ensure that all AutoCAD drawings for all sites are updated and maintained.
