I serve as the Chief Cyber Security Architect for Criterion Systems responsible for technical and analytical solutions in support of existing contracts at DOE, DoD, DOC, and DHS. I gather and review IT requirements, communicate with customers to understand current and future challenges, assess capability and compliance gaps, and develop maturity roadmaps in form of proposals and onsite demonstrations. I lead the development and testing of new solutions for existing and new customers. I accomplish this by evaluating new cyber defense and response capabilities using an applied research approach. Design, build, and deploy technical solutions within a operational lab environment to understand depth and breadth of new and existing technologies. Identify weaknesses as well as strengths that help Criterion propose real solutions that can scale in enterprise environments as well as lead maturity for our customers' security operation centers.

Manages and oversees over 65 cyber security professionals including engineers and analysts supporting a U.S. Government client. Responsibilities include planning and executing special technical projects, active defense and threat hunting activities, indications and warning for early detection and strategic to tactical cyber threat intelligence analysis for executive readership. Support in the identification, development, and implementation of strategies and capabilities to help advance the ability to detect fraud, espionage, and other malicious activities by insiders and external threat actors. Also was the technical adviser to the Overseas Security Advisory Council on behalf of the Department of State responsible for engaging with commercial enterprise on cybersecurity related matters. As the program manager, I ensured timely submission of deliverable's, effective utilization of resources based on the priorities set by the client and corporate executive leadership, provide support to team leads to meet client mission and objectives, and ensure profitability targets are met as well as generate opportunities to grow total contract value. Collaborate and conduct technical exchanges with our counterparts in the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and other key stakeholders.
