As the Director Agile Project Management Practice at Cutter Consortium, I led the growth and profitability of the practice by supporting clients with the transition to Agile development and project management, leading workshops and speaking engagements, and leading the education of internal staff on Agile best practices. A key aspect of this role was implementing agile development engagements within larger software companies.
