The Prepositioning and Marine Corps Logistics Services (P&MCLS) program is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistics services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) and U.S. Navy. I am responsible for leading all aspects of Labor and Employee Relations for a unionized facility. In this role I report to the Site Human Resources Senior Manager and have a matrix relationship to the Labor and Employee Relations Center of Excellence.

Also served as Interim Director of Human Resources during long term medical absence of incumbent supervising all HR functions, recruiting, benefits, compliance, security, training, medical services.

Served as chief labor relations spokesperson, responsible for administering nine collective bargaining agreements covering employees providing simulated flight training of fighter and transport aircraft at multiple locations and providing services to the U.S. DoD (primarily Air Force, Navy and Air National Guard). Sites provided training resources, course ware development and site security services. Also served as Human Resources Strategic Business Partner for these sites, providing HR support for more than 500 employees at multiple remote locations. Also contributed as HR and Labor Relations resource for capture management and business development efforts..
