I spent the first 20 years of my career in the financial services and insurance industry, the last five of which being in the automotive aftermarket product industry as President & CEO of COPilot. My expertise in operations management and organizational efficiency was a major contributor to COPilot’s effort to become a leader of innovative ideas in automotive service protection, and what led to the company’s eventual acquisition in early 2019.After beginning to develop a community outreach program dedicated to helping local students find opportunities for internship experience in small businesses, in mid-2018, I took on the role of Program Manager for the lifePATH program at Lone Star College-Tomball, where I was able to devote more energy towards helping unique students build careers. From 2021 to 2022, I helped facilitate leadership development programs for Lone Star College students and area high school students who had been selected by school administrators and faculty as exemplary students and identified as aspiring young leaders. Today, I've returned to StoneEagle as the Director of Enterprise Support & Implementation Services, where I develop and execute strategies helping our teams implement and support our internationally acclaimed administration solutions to hundreds of automotive industry clients, reaching thousands of dealerships.I also spend a great deal of my personal time working with regional and local partners to ensure the economic prosperity and strong sense of community that persists in my adopted home town of Tomball, Texas as a Director for the Tomball Economic Development Corporation.I hold a Master of Public Service & Administration Degree in Public Policy Analysis and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from the Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University, a certification as a Professional Community & Economic Developer (PCED), and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
