The areas of responsibility include chargeback, refund abuse, incentive (coupon and credit) abuse, bad debt, credit risk, etc. - Account Integrity team’s mission is to keep every Airbnb user’s account secure, safe, while easily accessible by authorized account owners. The team focuses on detecting and mitigating all suspicious account activities on the platform including account takeovers, fake accounts, scripted attack, etc..- Crisis Management team's mission is to build a world-class crisis and incident management platform to protect Airbnb’s business and community. The team focuses on building tools and solutions to enable efficient and effective crisis management for both online and offline incidents at Airbnb across the entire incident lifecycle, include incident prevention, detection, investigation and remediation.
