With 22 years of experience as an LPN, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management. I am committed to advocating for ethical practices and compassionate care, leveraging my clinical skills, extensive experience, and ongoing education to support the healthcare industry. In my role as a Charge Nurse, I administered medications, supervised CNAs, and provided primary nursing care. I also conducted daily report meetings, monitored resident conditions, and ensured accurate documentation. In a school setting, I provided first aid, coordinated care for students with individual health care plans, and maintained up-to-date health records.
