Since starting my journey at Mango in 2013 in sales, I've had the privilege of contributing in various roles, including being part of our rebranding team as Digital Marketing Manager and later serving as a Government Account Manager. These experiences opened doors for me at Amazon and LinkedIn, where I honed my skills in larger corporate environments. At LinkedIn, working closely with recruiting heads and HR leaders sparked my passion for HR and inspired a shift in my career path.In 2022, driven by a desire to return to a mission-driven, values-oriented organization where individual contributions truly matter, I rejoined Mango. With over 25 years of experience across logistics, IT, e-learning, and SaaS, I am committed to building and retaining a dynamic team culture while advancing HR strategies that align with Mango’s mission and vision.Currently, I'm working to find time to pursue my SHRM certification as part of my continued professional growth in the HR field.
