I facilitate and design training and ongoing coaching for both sales and operational teams. My work history has focused on customer service, management, learning & development, and communication skills. I have a strong passion for learning and development, and love seeing the "light bulb" moment in learners.I am able to deliver training both face-to-face (classroom style) and also virtually using a variety of communication tools. I specialise is developing courses that can be delivered remotely, allowing my team and I to reach learners no matter where they are.Outside of work, I volunteer for Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras and have done so for over 10 years. Currently I am the Parade Audience Manager looking after a large team of volunteers that help produce the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade.
