With more than a decade of experience, Joan leads our Western Washington mechanical team’s business development efforts. Joan brings her engineering, preconstruction, and management capabilities to effectively serve the needs of our clients with strategic guidance, design oversight, and cost development. Joan’s experience includes a wide variety of projects including high-rise office buildings, data centers, manufacturing facilities, and educational laboratory and dormitory facilities.

Manage pre-construction process: establish & hit milestones, provide ongoing budget support & management, facilitate coordination with external design teams, engage field teams early, support the customer.Facilitate a smooth transition from pre-construction to construction.
