My responsibilities are to head a team of 40 nursing staff who provide high quality care for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgical interventions. This involves adhering to the WHO guidelines for surgery and monitoring the same.I am responsible for the health and safety of patients throughout their pathway through surgery by ensuring my staff practice and adhere to the Trusts mantra of Safe,Kind and Excellent.
