Some people spend their whole lives “searching for their dreams”, and I’m living mines. I find joy in being of/in service of others, which is why for the past 11 years I not only gravitated but maintained a field/position in Healthcare. UHG has been a conduit in that journey, as I’ve mastered and navigated through three previous positions before the one I’m in now. My life and Career has been guided not only by my Joy & Determination, inevitably also my mistakes. For the worst mistakes are those we don’t learn from. Mistakes allow us the opportunity to be better, greater and some would say wiser than before.In my personal time, I perform stand up comedy. That in itself can be a challenge depending on the crowd, it takes a consciousness of “Here I Am” to be present. I always tell people who say they wished they had the confidence to get up there, “Life is a stage! Everyday people look at you & judge you, not knowing a single thing about you. At least on stage you can share & tell them about yourself.” No assumptions, just your truth and you up there. In the immortal words of the great Sheryl Crow “Everyday is a winding road. I get a little bit closer”.
