∠ Data Visualisation - Designed and implemented Power BI dashboards on critical KPIs for Porto Design Center, which are used to report on a monthly basis at SVP level and bi-weekly to Director level.∠ Business Intelligence - Developed data modelling and visualisation of data from JIRA to Power BI to provide overview of projects delivery on time, within budget.∠ Business Case Development - Created a business case on Competency Development by identifying the needs connected with Porto Design Center strategy, calculating the financial and strategical benefits, specifying the product description, defining project organization and estimating budget and duration.

∠ Project Management - Manage projects following Stage-Gate model. Experience on creating business case and managing stakeholders, plans, risks, progress, quality and adapting to changes. Report to blades module roadmap owner.∠ Program Management - Manage an Innovation portfolio budget and resources containing 5 programs and 30 projects. Annual budget of 40 000 hours and 1.6 million Euros. Monitoring and control of budget forecast utilized for strategic partnership projects. Overview of projects progress at milestone level. Report to Ideation and Partnering VP on portfolio level.∠ Business Processes Development - Coordinated a team to design and implement a process involving all Engineering areas to identify and escalate risks impacting on budget and time of work packages delivered by Porto office. Report to Porto Design Center VP.

∠ Provide support on designing projects for industry and energy companies, with special focus on pipeline, storage tanks and pressure vessel design.

∠ Coordinate all activities of designing and implementing Technical Capability Development programs of MOL Group engineers and geoscientists.∠ Understanding of all activities of Capability Development and Strategic HR Team, including talent acquisition, leadership, engagement, performance and career ladder programs.∠ Collaborate with external partners and international consulting companies.

∠ Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills, such as team and project management, conflict solving, leadership, presentation skills, strategic planning, networking, effective meetings facilitationand train the trainer.

∠ Analyze the steam consumption of the refinery storage and dispatch unit heating equipment, propose changes in the operation of these and research on better insulation materials (thesis topic).
