Championed the Local Full Fibre pilot project which was a first of its kind in the United Kingdom. This resulted in the successful delivery of the pilot project which ensured Openreach secured the large-scale Full Fibre Northern Ireland contract worth £3,400,000.Secured funding of £1,600,000 for Openreach’s Community Funded Programme in collaboration with Ofcom and Rural Development Agencies. This funding enabled the expansion of Openreach’s rural delivery pipeline from 200 homes to over 10,000 homes.Spearheaded the development of cabling metrics tracking which saved Openreach £800,000 across Financial Year 2020/2021.Led weekly review meetings with Infrastructure and Senior Team Leads to identify roadblocks to delivery. As a result, remediation plans were implemented to ensure quality targets were reached.

Collaborated with Openreach’s data modelling team to design a Rural Fibre business plan. The plan enabled Openreach to meet commercial targets of 40,000 homes per quarter while delivering on Ofcom obligations of 1,500 rural homes per quarter.Designed a phased approach to rural delivery using geographic information software such as ArcGIS.Maintained strong communication with key vendors, who oversaw quality testing on all equipment used in delivering key structures for clients. This resulted in the project adhering to timelines and budget.
