Processing the registration of patients insurance and establishing medical care for several doctors clinic wide in every department. Operating as a switch board and communication line between medical staff and patients.

Customer Service Supervisor - Responsible for a team of 3 - 20 people at a time depending on time of day, and staffing situations. I ensure that all agents on the floor are able to assist customers properly and resolve issues in a timely manner. I manage technical issues and assure that any service interruptions are handled in a timely manner. I am responsible for tracking the personal performance on a weekly to monthly basis of 6 - 10 agents on my floor team and submit the information for review with my manager. In times of escalated issues with customers I am to take over and resolve the issue with the customer in a way that leave both the customer and the company happy.Customer Service Rep.- Assisting the customer with any issues they may call in with. Such as returns or refunds for items that meet the guidelines of the All Sales Final Policy. Also assisting customers in registration to be eligible in using our TV, and Web services the full extent of the program. Also providing assistance in sales for on TV, or online purchases. Providing any assistance necessary to make the customer satisfied with the level of service received. Other duties include marking stock for items that may be damaged or defective from the manufacturer (NIL) so that the customer is not sold an item not up to the quality control standard. Sales Rep.- Previous position held. In charge of registering customers so that they may use our Online and TV services to the full potential of the program. Also assisting the customer in making purchases and finding items they may have interest in.Sales Rep. Trainer- Assuring that all of the new employees were properly trained in all of the aspects of being a Sales Rep.

Customer Service Rep. - Greeting customers and assisting them with handling there accounts. I would accept payments cash, money order, or checks and provide customers with updated balances and any offers currently available to them. Duties include opening and closing loans, accepting payments, managing personal cash drawer and deposits, making sure customers accounts are correctly updated and filed.

Nutrition Aide- Keeping track of the patients specific diets and preferences so that the Chef could apply certain changes to the menu or specific plates to be served to the patient. Setting up the dining room and hall carts so that the serving of the patients food was successful and efficient. Also making sure that the nurses were fully stocked on nutritional snacks that may be necessary after hours for the patients doctor prescribed or not. Ticket Aide- Printing out and arranging all of the patients meals for the day/week so that the Chef may easily prepare the necessary food for the specific days.Cook- Assisting the Chef in preparing meals and plating the food to be delivered to the patients rooms or in the dining room.Trainer- Making sure that all of the new employees are properly trained in any or all of the above job descriptions.

Cashier- Taking the customers order and payment either through the drive-thru or, the front counter and making sure the customer is fully satisfied with the service provided.Cook- Prepare the customers meal as it appears on screen assuring that the most fresh produce is used. Keeping up with the preparations of necessary amounts of food products for all shifts to assure the most efficient service possible.Expediter-Receiving the wrapped food and supplying the bag/tray with any other necessary contents/sides that the customer may have requested with their order.Trainer- Making sure that all of the new employees are properly trained in any or all of the above job descriptions.

Prep. Cook- Person in charge of making sure that all sauces and side dishes are prepared for final plating of the customers food.Expediter- Person in charge of assuring the food plates ordered by the customer are properly garnished and completed in a presentable way set to the restaurant’s standards.
