I most value the personal qualities of integrity, empowering others, and compassion. I also value reliability, accuracy, and quality. I am intentional, careful and logical. I am eager to combine my natural proclivity towards trust, relationships and teamwork with my fascination of behavioral economics. I am most interested in leadership and morale as they relate to productivity. As a former high school teacher and in my current role as a counselor with justice-involved individuals, I have worked in organizations with ambitious missions that are also chronically under-resourced. As a result, I have had a variety of experiences, worked in complex systems with many, often competing, stakeholders, and taken on a wide array of responsibilities. The analytical thread connecting these experiences expresses itself in my constant questioning, What is working? What is not working? How can we do better?
