Managed and mentored the Color, Graphics, and Materials (CGM) team that drove overall brand creative through cohesive seasonal trend, color, graphic, and material assortments for all tiers, including Lifestyle, Specialty, Mainstream, and Trans (Target). Worked collaboratively with Product Design, Merchandising, and Sales to create strong go-to-market assortments for JanSport’s global consumer.
