I led and managed a variety of projects with a focus on work measurement, career architecture and reward. I partnered with the business in this full generalist HR role where I worked closely with the MD and senior team.May 2008 - May 2010 - Consultant - I was consultant in Hay Group advisory business where I worked with a range of clients in the private and public sectors. I designed and ran assessment and development centres and conducted senior level assessments I also developed bespoke competency models.

I was responsible for recruitment, induction and training for Hay Group UK. I managed a budget of £200K and introduced direct recruitment, saving £150K.

I work on a part time basis as a counsellor for Solas Mind, providing support to production companies, studios, crew and creative freelancers.

Joined as HR Adviser and was promoted to HR Manager, partnering with corporate functions and the Lloyds business. I was an HR generalist with responsibility for recruitment, performance management and employee relations. I also carried out project work including acting as the HR lead for a major relocation project.
