John K. Bennett is a Principal in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His entire practice is devoted to representing employers in all areas of labor and employment-related matters. Mr. Bennett regularly handles employment-related litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including substantial experience in jury trials. He also handles enforcing employment agreements to arbitrate claims, and arbitrations under those agreements, as well as arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements and many other aspects of labor relations and employment law for employers. Mr. Bennett also has been recognized for managing nationwide employment and labor counsel relationships with certain clients.Mr. Bennett has been ranked by Chambers USA from 2009 - 2018, as a leader in the Labor and Employment Law practice areas.
