Over 40+ years of strong, practical logistical, business, aviation and travel management experience with operation budget planning, logistical support, training and best practices, customer service, flight operations, cargo and charter operations and sales, in-flight, station operations and management, ramp and dispatch. While I am empowered with the authority to make unilateral decisions regarding airline operations, I seek active participation from operational staff personnel, communicating the purpose of the decision to be made, being assertive when necessary but always respectful of the individual with the objective of doing what’s right and not dwelling on whose right. It is important for objections to be known and considered, but in the end all of those involved with the decision, including those who may have objected to the final outcome, move forward and support the decision as if it were their very own. My management style has been described as proactive, responsible and accountable.
