Was recruited by a start-up biotechnology service organization, committed to simplifying outsourcing decisions for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies by providing an objective unbiased screening tool. Recruited because of my ability to work under tight budgets and aggressive deadlines while building a new organization. Responsible for a wide variety of activities including directing the development of proprietary technology based on cloud computing framework. Launched a branding campaign including development of marketing and communication materials, while building strong relationships with media outlets, local and international industry organizations including the UK Trade & Investment managed by the consulate. Additional responsibilities included managing advertising both online and off line, conducting research for marketing and technology development, and helping to coordinate SourceSolution's philanthropic activities.

Responsible for all integrated marketing activities of a pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company, including leadership of a small marketing team of dedicated individuals. Duties included trade show planning, media creation/placement, website development/positioning, marketing communications, budget development/management, and a variety of other marketing activities focused on brand awareness. Additional pertinent responsibilities included maintaining and establishing marketing relationships. Managed and utilized customer relationship management (CRM) database systems to track ROI, and the effectiveness of the integrated marketing campaigns. Marketed Althea using high technology models, ran a successful positioning effort, and focused on the end goal of raising Althea’s position in the market, thus generating significant leads.

Responsible for business-to-business sales management in the United States and Canada for Coral Biotechnology’s revolutionary Urine Screening instrument; customers include Cleveland Clinic, Cedars Sinai, Loma Linda, Beth Israel NY, LabCorp, and others. In addition to sales and management of a small sales staff, responsibilities include training of lab employees, customer relationship management, development of all marketing materials, including graphic design, and integration of current customers’ patient database systems into Coral’s software.
