John Cusack has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate and finance law. He focuses his practice on the structuring and formation of private investment vehicles and their management companies.As the Global Co-Chair and co-founder of DLA Piper’s Investment Funds practice, John advises clients on the full spectrum of private investment funds, major investment strategies and all stages of a private investment fund’s life cycle. In his role as Global Co-Chair of the Finance group, he has extensive experience representing sponsors of private equity funds in their internal and external matters.
