Proudly serving this leading humanitarian organization in 12 counties of Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas through Disaster Services, Service to the Armed Forces, Preparedness Health and Safety Services, Blood Services and International Services.- Administrative management of day-to-day area operation including service delivery, revenue generation, marketing & visibility, facilities, personnel and key constituent relationship management- Fundraising / Development - Primary development professional responsible for meeting revenue goals through individual, corporate and foundation channels, federated campaigns, direct mail and mass appeal campaign support and grant writing.- Marketing / Visibility - Area public information officer maintaining working relationship with key media relationships in print, television and radio for both preparedness and disaster messaging. Proactively engaging public and constituents through visbility events, speaking engagements, socical media and traditional media- Board recruitment, motivation and engagement in the fundraising and visibility efforts of the Organization- Primary relationship manager with city, county, state emergency management and elected officials, board members and major donors- Personnel and facilities management in a remote / matrixed environment. Primarily serving as local liaison to remote back-office support in human resources, IT, finance and service delivery departments.
