I was an integral part along with the VP of Sales of building out a sales Force for a market leading gender only test called SneakPeek. My role as a Regional Business Development Manager for the West region was to manage and grow SneakPeek test volume across 14 states and encourage, manage and mentor two associate direct reports. From 2019 through 2023 we developed a clinical sales team of 9 sales members covering 3 regions, West, Central and East. We were successful in growing clinical test volume as a company from 8,000 SneakPeek tests a year in 2018 to over 63,000 clinical tests a year by the end of 2023. Special attention was directed towards finding new growth segments and developing impactful and innovative marketing platforms. Our test was the first gender only non-diagnostic test to hit the market. With a SneakPeek clinical provider base of 500 upon launch of sales team, we were successful to expand provider list to over 1900 within a 5 year period. Increased SneakPeek provider base was achieved through field and home based outreach to OBGYN, IVF, Midwifery, Labs and Ultrasound Studios. Our SneakPeek test celebrated accomplishing our 1 million SneakPeek gender reveal test in 2023.Individual Success:-Sold and onboarded over 300 new SneakPeek accounts-Hired as first outside salesperson for Gateway Genomics (Myriad) in March 2019-Promoted to region manager for the US West region 2021-Managed two direct reports, company sales trainer role and west region selling responsibilities-Managed West region servicing over 530 active accounts across all functions of business including selling, onboarding and test results. -Achieved test growth for the West region from 150 tests per month in 2019 to 1100 per month in 2023-Developed and launched the SneakPeek On-Demand option in 2019 offering an online test option to purchase with mobile phlebotomy included-Celebrated as a team player with dedication to the success of the company across all aspects of business
