Hello! My name is John Fugate and I am currently an Onboarding Specialist at Simplifeye. I graduated from Ball State University in May of 2019 with a degree in Telecommunications and a focus in Audio Production, and a minor in Marketing with focuses in Digital Marketing and Selling.Growing up in a small town, I've always had passion to leave an impact and a legacy. I started at a young age, as in grade school becoming a member of Student Government and ultimately Class President. This led me to the beautiful university of Ball State, where I've been able to find and develop passions that I'm looking to continue into a career.My biggest hobbies include social media, music, and professional wrestling, and I'm lucky enough to have been given opportunities for all. I've been Social Media Manager for multiple groups, including a bowling alley, a greek life page, and currently for the Miller College of Business Engagement Center. In an immersion program called Record Link a team and I recorded multiple bands in the high quality Letterman Studios, and I've connected with more artists to develop the music venue at my house called the Sauna, where we've already brought upwards of 200 fans to listen to live local music.My passion for professional wrestling led me to EMERGE Wrestling, where I work extremely hard with my team to provide the best professional wrestling content in the Midwest. I provide live commentary on camera, but off camera provide a plethora more. This includes digital marketing in the form of graphic design, social media strategy assistance, and the business side. This business side has seen me in the process of promoting an EMERGE show on Ball State's campus as a charity show, with all proceeds going to feeding the hungry within the community.I consider myself a jack of all trades, and am interested in the music business, the professional wrestling business, social media and digital marketing, graphic and motion graphic design, and broadcasting.
