Manage the day to day operations of a local Enterprise office with 175 vehicles and 5 full time employees. I am responsible for employee training, marketing strategies, customer service, vehicle maintenance, compliance and accounts receivables. Daily, I monitor the performance of the branch, and meet with employees to review our performance and identify strategies to meet our goals. Monthly and annual reviews are conducted for each individual team member and the branch to chart our growth and profitability.
